Boost Transport Breaks Ground on New Warehouse

Boost Transport and Freedom Trans USA have partnered to bring a better solution to supply chain management in North GA.

As the pandemic unfolded, we were all exposed to the break down of the global supply chain. Instead of goods taking days to arrive, we all waited weeks or months for our products. As two separate companies we realized that Freedom and Boost each held a different end of that supply chain rope and worked to tie that rope together for the good of our customers. This new facility will see that come to fruition.

The first of two facilities on our Barber Rd property will house a full suite fulfillment center as well as hyper cross dock and traditional warehouse services. Working with our engineers we have designed what will be the most efficient distribution and fulfillment center in North GA with 90,000 SQ FT, 56 foot ceilings and the capability to hold 15,000 pallets.

The opening of this new facility will not only bring in new employment opportunities to Hall County but also help relieve some of the warehousing constraints companies worldwide are experiencing from the impact of the pandemic. With shipping costs reaching levels that have never been encountered before in our industry, we will be able to provide our customers with new warehousing options that will allow them to better control cost and improve supply chain efficiencies.
